END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT (EULA)

Hass in-House Investments Pty Ltd T/A as AppBubba Web Design, Apps and Games (here in referred to as AppBubba hereby gives you a non-exclusive licence to use Applications on various platforms created by AppBubba.
You may:
  • Use the Applications on any single computer or mobile device;
  • Use the Applications on a second computer or mobile device so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person and more than one copy is not  simultaneously running; 
  • Copy the Applications for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Applications’ proprietary notices;
You may not:
  • Permit other individuals to use the Applications except under the terms listed above;
  • Modify, translate, reverse engineer, recompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restrictions),
  • Copy the Application (except as specified above);
  • Rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Applications;
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Applications.
TERMINATION
The licence will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described.  On termination you must destroy all copies of the Applications and Documentation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Applications are provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Applications is borne by you.  Should the Applications prove defective, you and not AppBubba assume the entire cost of any service or repair. APPBUBBA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Applications shall remain the property of AppBubba. The Applications are protected by national and international copyright treaties. By downloading any AppBubba applications you agree to the full terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement provided above.
